There wasn’t a lot to haul at this year’s Nordstrom Anniversary Sale but the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Eye Eyeshadow Pencil Set did catch my eye. Sadly, over the years the sale has become less and less exciting for me. I remember Nordy’s used to get these great exclusive beauty sets and entire MAC Color Collections as well as early Fall launches. Nowadays it’s less about new and exciting and more about pushing out older items. It’s in fact an actual sale now full of items left over from Spring that Nordy’s is trying to unload onto the world at a discount. Which is fine really but I do miss the fun exclusives.
But every so often you’ll come across an item or a gift set that’s appealing! This Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Eye Eyeshadow Pencil Set def got a hold of me. I love swipe on cream eyeshadow pencils. To this day I still miss the creaminess of Milani’s Shadow Eyez! Granted, they still have these but they aren’t nearly as wonderful as they were years ago!
