Here we are! We made it through 2020 (almost)! As always I wish for you what I wish for myself. Health, a warm place to lay your head at night, food in your stomach, and love be it from your favorite people or your loving animals.

I meditated a lot on 2020 and I thought back to all the times that I hated on this year and how I whined about how horrible it was and how bad things were but in the end I realized one important thing. I’m here. I’m healthy. My family is healthy! I still have a job, I still have a home and a place to lay my head at night, I still have food in my stomach. I have people that love me! I have people to love! Many people can’t say the same so why am I whining about how bad things are when in reality things aren’t that bad at all. I think sometimes we need to snap ourselves out of the funk and remember how many people are struggling right now, how many lost friends and family to COVID, how many are worried about rent next month and if they’ll have a home, how many have lost their jobs, how many have lost their lives to not only COVID but also, in other ways. If you’re struggling right now my whole heart is with you! If you lost family or friends I feel that to my very core as although I haven’t lost anyone it brings tears to my eyes thinking how I’d feel if I did.

I’m every always the optimist. I believe things will get better. That they can’t be bad all the time. That there’s a light at the end of the dark tunnel you’ve been traveling through. Just keep fighting the good fight.

It might not be right now or even tomorrow but we’re all going to be ok at some point.

Please take care of yourself, stay safe, please remain healthy. Take care of your family and your furbabies. Be nice to strangers on the street because you don’t know what they are going through right now. Smile more, laugh a lot, remind yourself when things are bad you’re alive and being alive makes anything possible.

Happy Holidays my dear extended family.

Please stay well for me.

I hope Santa’s extra good to you this year.

I wish you all the best things in 2021.

Bath & Body Works You’re the One Eau de Parfum is a limited edition Holiday 2020 fragrance that is now sold out but I believe they’ll probably bring back at some point! I feel they’ll redo the packaging on this to make it a little less festive and bring it back to stay for a bit. It got rave reviews and most Bath & Body Works perfume releases seem to go out of stock when they launch during the Holidays only to return at some point which makes me believe we haven’t seen the last of You’re the One yet! Of course, it’s still very much available in a Fine Fragrance Mist as well as in body lotion, shower gel, etc…! The perfume is the only item sold out currently.

I’m always happy to haul a new Bath & Body Works Perfume but I have to admit I’m not always a huge fan of them. I mean, they are nice, I’ll wear them, but I think their sister company, Victoria’s Secret, makes the better perfume. In the Stars is probably one of my favorite scents from the brand! Miniso actually has a cheap dupe of it if you ever get to California (or live there)! I talked about the dupe on my Instagram account a while ago!
