I put myself on a candle ban and I’ve pretty good about it! I mean, I totally missed Candle Day this year and I didn’t haul any Holiday 2021 Candles plus I skipped over the Bath and Body Works Semi-Annual Sale completely. At this point I’m sort of developing the shakes and my teeth are starting to rattle in my head as I struggle not to haul Spring 2021 candles.

This ban is not going to last because Homeworx Spring 2021 launched at Ulta.com with free shipping at $35 (if you buy the sale candles which are 2 for $40 you automatically get free shipping). How can I resist? And they have these new smaller 3 Wicks available as well for $15 (14 oz which are still pretty huge!). One of those new smaller guys is the new Tropical Rum Punch! It’s sadly not available yet (it says out of stock but it simply never came into stock yet). It sounds yummy!

There are a few different Spring 2021 picks like Citrus Mojito! Yes, I’ll take one! Coastal Water Lily and Garden Blooms are two others!

Do I need more candles?

Probably not but the 2 for $40 deal is tempting!

What’s your latest candle haul?

Where to buy

Ulta

Wakey wakey friends!

It’s Thursday we’re nearly through the week! We can do this! We got this! I think we got this. I’m almost positive we do. I’m not really sure entirely but I think we can do it.

Haha…!

Naa! I know you’re hardworking humans and you’re pushing yourself to be the best person you can be today! I’m cheerleading you through the rest of the week!

So, what’s your makeup situation this month? Have you been wearing any? Or are you still walking around the house in a bare face? We totally got comfortable in our own skin last year didn’t we? Skincare became more important than ever before. I’ve always been a skincare junkie and I’ve always taken comfort in my routine but last year it really calmed me and gave me a certain peace. And really isn’t that what we needed? A moment to just breath and revel in the simple things. If you haven’t reached a stage in your life where you’ve found the things that comfort you, make you feel pretty, bring you peace, calm you, and make you feel great now is the time to do that! You need to evoke those feelings in yourself. Don’t depend on others to make you feel comforted, at peace, and beautiful! Make yourself feel that way 🙂

I’ve had my share of bare face days but I actually prefer my makeup days most of all because I look like I’m 12 without makeup.

I think the thing I miss the most is dressing up, wearing pretty clothes, and doing pretty makeup to go out in. You know hot girl and hot guy sh1t! 😀 I don’t put myself in the hot girl category. My eyes dominate my face, my face is full, and this translates as an anime character versus a hot girl but that doesn’t mean I don’t attempt the hot girl makeup. These attempts last year included applying crazy falsies, attempting winged eye liner looks that I fail at (see below! have you ever seen such liner skills like these in your life?), and wearing a lot more highlighter than I should.

Tell me all about your hot girl (or guy) sh1T that’s making you feel beautiful at the moment! I’m here for it.

Have a good Thursday.

Stay healthy out there and be the great humans I know you are!

Sephora Beauty Wins is an interesting concept that started happening last month! It’s basically a “secret offer” that Sephora extends to you via e-mail and sometimes on a pop-up on their website. I’ve gotten two so far and both of them we’re rubbish.

Allow me to explain.

Sephora says these offers are based on my past purchases. The most recent offer I got was 20% off hair care.

Wait, what?
