As we head into Spring 2021 I had hopes we’d see some new blushes but Clinique On The Glow Palette may prove we’re still stuck in the highlighting phase of our makeup lives. Le sigh! I’d love to see some new single blushes from Clinique maybe these new On the Glow Palettes will surprise me!

Available in two different tones created for Light/Medium and Medium/Dark tones these new palettes contain four different powders. You get a Stay Matte Sheer Pressed Powder, Uplifting Illuminating Powder, Blush, and a True Bronze Pressed Powder. I dunno about you but I could do without the highlighter, bronzer, and pressed powder. Just give me some pretty blush and I’ll be happy!

Clinique On The Glow Palette For Light/Medium Skin Tones includes:

• Stay Matte Sheer Pressed Powder in Invisible Matte
• Uplighting Illuminating Powder in Nude Glow
• Blushing Blush Powder Blush in Precious Posy
• True Bronze Pressed Powder Bronzer in Sunkissed

Clinique On The Glow Palette: For Medium/Dark Skin Tones includes:

• Stay Matte Sheer Pressed Powder in Invisible Matte
• Uplighting Illuminating Powder in Golden Glow
• Blushing Blush Powder Blush in Smoldering Plum
• Uplighting Illuminating Powder in Bronze Glow

Do you love these new Clinique On The Glow Palettes?

Mentos x Sally Hansen launched on Ulta this past weekend and honestly, I admit I’m sitting here singing the Mentos jingle!

Doo doo doo doo, doo doo, doo WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

It doesn’t matter what comes
Fresh goes better in life
With Mentos fresh and full of life
Nothing gets to youConf
Staying fresh, staying cool
With Mentos, fresh and full of life!
Fresh goes better
Mentos freshness
Fresh goes better
With Mentos, fresh and full of life!

MENTOS! The freshmaker!

Totally my Britney Murphy moment! I should record myself singing that for you!

Anyway……….

For lovers of pastels this new collection some very pretty, delicate Spring shades for nails! Some shades definitely have a Mentos vibe but most of them are just typical Spring pastels and I’m ok with that because they are very pretty.

There are two sets available which are the Insta-Dri x Mentos Nail Polish Stay Fresh Duo that includes shades the Fresh Maker (0.31 oz each) and Confection Perfection (0.31 oz) as well as Insta-Dri x Mentos Nail Polish Roll With It Duo which includes Cutie Fruitie and You’re The Zest!

The main collection of Insta-Dri x Mentos Nail Polish includes eight shades in:

• Confection Perfection (soft pink)
• Cutee Fruitie (pastel speckles)
• Fuchsia Fizz (mauve pink)
• Mint to Be (true green)
• Orange You a Peach (soft peach)
• Peppermint Dandy (sky blue)
• The Freshmaker (airy white with blue specks)
• You’re the Zest (soft yellow)

These are available now at Ulta. Don’t forget if you spend $15 you can save $3.50 with code 939905.

Enjoy!

Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeshadow, 24/7 Moondust Eyeshadow, and a new 24/7 Shadow Stick popped up on Ulta and Sephora yesterday! As you know all Urban Decay Eyeshadow and Moondust Eyeshadow were on sale recently at both Sephora and Ulta and currently they aren’t even in stock at either location! I HOPE this doesn’t mean these new 24/7 Eyeshadows are replacing the old singles! First off, the packaging on the new eyeshadows really doesn’t represent Urban Decay well and secondly, they have done away with most of the shades and introduced entirely new shades. So, if you loved a cult classic shade from the past it appears to be gone? I mean, thankfully the singles are mostly in stock on Urban Decay’s website but are there some sort of plan to axe them completely in the future? Considering Ulta nor Sephora has restocked them I do wonder?

Let’s hope the original singles are restocked as I’m not so sure about these new 24/7 Eyeshadows.
