Anthropologie Has Dildos On Sale and Other Beauty Items (No, Seriously, They Do) Also, Here’s My TMI Story of the Day
It’s been a week hasn’t it?
We all thought 2021 would bring some new hope for our future. That COVID would maybe disappear, that we learned from Black Lives Matters, that we we’re going to be better people, do better….
So far, it’s a sh1T show.
I swear I try to keep things as light as possible here but it can be hard to write about sales and makeup and beauty when terrible, crappy things are happening in our world.
Today, as the rain pelted down on my office window and I sat here musing about life, the universe, and everything anthropologie.com threw me a curve ball by popping some dildos and vibrators into their beauty section. Hmmm….That’s suspicious, that’s weird…what’s going on over there!
You know this one time I did an order with Spirit of Halloween for some Hocus Pocus decor and I got it but also, in the box, were two dildos. TRUE story. I had no idea why they were sent to me. They weren’t on the invoice and Spirit of Halloween obviously doesn’t sell them so, WTF? I did end up calling them up to say, “Hey, ummm, I ordered some Halloween stuff and you guys sent me some sex toys!” Apparently Spirit of Halloween has a large warehouse of products so they aren’t just selling Halloween they also sell sex toys on their seasonal down time on another website. They told me sorry about that, it was included by mistake and please, for my trouble, keep the dildos. Such great customer service LOL!
Anyway, I feel like we needed a laugh today so there’s my TMI story of the day for you. You either have a great sense of humor and laughed or you’re terribly outraged. Hopefully you laughed.
That being said anthropologie.com does have 20% off dildos….! Just sayin’! LOL!
No, but seriously, they have 20% off site wide! Just sign up for an account for access. No code is needed!
They carry quite a few great beauty brands like Saturday Skin, Youth to the People, etc…!
Enjoy!
And please by all means share your unusual sexy toy stories.
We can all use a laugh because life is way too serious right now.
Be safe my friends, be well, and be the bestest, goodest humans I know you are!
