Wakey wakey! The weekend is over, Monday is here, and the work week looms ahead. I hope you had a great weekend! Today I woke up and choose funfetti! Well, not really. It was tempting. I went into the pantry this morning and a box of Halloween Funfetti Cake mix was starting at me. I have a zoom meeting at 9:30 and I was tempted to mix this up and stick a batch of cucpakes into the oven. Worst, my zoom meeting got pushed and now it’s at 9:45 which gave me extra time to make these!
But not today Satan! I choose wisely. Egg white sandwich on wheat with tomatoes. I did have overnight oats in the fridge but I wasn’t feeling them so egg sammie it is!
