Ok, real talk, is that Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Sale awesome, or am I having work stress, and retail therapy is really doing a number on me!? I’ve personally felt like the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Sale has been meh the last two or so years. I just haven’t been all that into the deals if I’m being honest but this year, whoa, this year I got myself into trouble. I really thought I wasn’t going to reach Diamond status. I was convinced it wasn’t going to happen but here I am…! I did it. What tipped me over? Def the details to be had at the 21 Days of Beauty Sale.

Why did I purchase it you might be wondering? I know, I know! Farmacy released the Very Cherry version of their cleansing balm back in 2019 and this year we got the yummy Sweet Apple Green Clean Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm formula. I’m happy to see them expanding the line with new scents. I know not everyone likes scented products but I’m excited they are doing new seasonal scents.

Have you ever purchased a beauty product strictly due to awesome advertisements? Perhaps it was a commercial or a magazine layout that influenced the purchase? I am very much guilty of this particularly when I was younger and believed every single thing that marketing was feeding me about how the product would give me flawless skin, conceal all my imperfections, do my laundry, and walk my dog. The older I get the more skeptical I become about the allure and promise of what a product can do for me. I’ve also put much more effort into educating myself about ingredients.

But even with experience I still find that I can very easily be swayed into purchasing a product due to a tempting advertisement.
